Simply type the name or text in the personalisation box on the product page before adding to your basket. We make exactly what you enter, so please double-check the spelling. Use title case for the best result (e.g. Liya, not LIYA).

Most items allow up to 20 characters. The personalisation box will prevent you from entering more than the limit for that product.

Each product has its own design style. If you’d like something different — a specific font, colour scheme, or layout — please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@littleliyaco.com. If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we can make the change. Once production has started we are unable to alter the personalisation.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal — all processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Yes! We love custom projects. Whether it’s a unique design, a bespoke size, or a large quantity for a special occasion, please get in touch and we’ll discuss what’s possible.

Yes — a confirmation email is sent automatically as soon as your order is placed. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. You’ll receive a second email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before dispatch. During busy periods (Christmas, Mother’s Day) this may be slightly longer — we’ll always communicate any delays.

If your estimated delivery date has passed, please first check your tracking email. If the item appears to be lost, contact us at hello@littleliyaco.com with your order number and we will investigate and resolve it for you.

Because personalised items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or we have made an error on our side. Please check the name spelling carefully before ordering.

We’re so sorry! Please email us at hello@littleliyaco.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with a clear photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before we begin production. Please email hello@littleliyaco.com as soon as possible with your order number and reason for cancellation.
