2. Using Our Website

By using our website, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
The information you provide is accurate.
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Products

Little Liya specialises in personalised and made-to-order gifts.

As every item is individually produced, small variations may occur in:

Colours
Wood grain
Acrylic finish
Engraving position
3D printed texture
Natural materials

These variations are part of the handmade manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

4. Product Images

We make every effort to display our products accurately.

However:

Colours may vary depending on your screen.
Personalised previews are for illustration purposes only.
Product dimensions are approximate unless otherwise stated.

5. Personalised Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details are correct before submitting an order.

Please carefully check:

Names
Dates
Spellings
Messages
Colour selections

Once production has started, personalised details cannot normally be changed.

Little Liya cannot be responsible for customer spelling or grammar mistakes.

6. Prices

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

7. Orders

When you place an order:

You will receive an order confirmation email.
This confirms we have received your order.
Your order is accepted once production begins or your order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

Payment cannot be authorised
Fraud is suspected
Incorrect pricing has occurred
Products become unavailable
We believe the order breaches these Terms

Any cancelled order will receive a full refund.

8. Payment

Payments are securely processed using Shopify Payments and other trusted payment providers.

We never store your payment card information.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

9. Production Times

As many of our products are personalised, production normally takes 3–5 business days.

During busy periods, production may take slightly longer.

Estimated production times are displayed on product pages.

10. Shipping

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier.

Little Liya is not responsible for delays caused by:

Royal Mail
Courier services
Customs inspections
Severe weather
Industrial action
Public holidays
Circumstances outside our control

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

11. Returns

Personalised products are made specifically for you.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or custom-made products are generally exempt from cancellation rights unless they are faulty or incorrectly made.

If your item arrives:

We may request photographs to help us investigate the issue.

Where appropriate we will:

replace the item,
repair the item,
or issue a refund.

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days provided they are unused and in their original condition.

12. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

All content on this website is owned by Little Liya or licensed to us.

This includes:

Product designs
Logos
Product photographs
Text
Graphics
Icons
Videos
Product descriptions

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the website unlawfully.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access.
Upload malicious software.
Copy our designs.
Interfere with website security.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Liya shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from:
