• All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched:

• United Kingdom: 1-2 business days

• Europe: 3-7 business days

• International: 3-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available), allowing you to track your package.

International Orders

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

While we will do our best to assist, Little Liya cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
